About the Artist

Marven Selecios is a self-taught visual artist from the City of Valencia, the highlands of Bukidnon, Philippines.

He developed his skills through "learning-by-doing" and by exploring how materials and art medium work together to form new and unique artworks.

Despite the absence of a formal education in the fine arts, Marven is a prolific artist and an advocate of the country's PCIDA Law (Philippine Creative Industries Development Act, RA 11904)

38 Years of Experience

Classical Painting

Since childhood, Marven has been using acrylic, watercolor and oil paints in producing landscapes, abstracts, and contemporary paintings. He has produced thousands of artworks and shares his craft through exhibits and art workshops.

Digital Designs

Marven also taught himself in learning how to design logos, corporate designs and business packaging and labeling. His works are now used in government institutions and companies around the country.
